introduction of Yoko Haraguchi

Hello:) My name is Yoko Haraguchi. I'm from Japan.
My hometown is Yamanashi which is located near Tokyo. We can go to Tokyo in 2 hours by train. It's famous for fruit especially for grapes and peaches. They put out the largest amount of them in Japan. It's valley so it's so hot in summer and surrounded by mountains. We can see Mt.Fuji so beautifully.
I have many things that I like to do.I like music. I like seeing musicals very much. I like sing and dance.I decided to take conteporary dance class this quorter. I also like to spend a quiet, relaxed time like reading novels. I like detective novels, essays, and romance novels. I like to go to museums and concert,too. I like to eat delicious food. My favorite food is Japanese food.
Now I want to talk about my academic background.I'm major in Pharmacy in Japan. I want to be a pharmacist in hospital. I'm a third grade student so I have 3 more years to study in my university. In first 2 years, I studied general subjects and in third year I studied more clinical things so it became interesting to learn. I'm preparing for TOEFL test because I need that score to take a UCR credit program. In the UCR credit program, I want to take classes which I can not study in my majar. I want to know about new things. To understand classes, I want to improve my English skills.
During this stay, I have to work hard on study(already I have a lot of homework everyday) and also I want to work hard on to challenge new things, make new friends and enjoy myself:)
