In all over the world people are suffering from obesity in different ages . In addition, it is important first to know the reasons of over weight to avoid it. Moreover, there are several ways to avoid obesity, and different strategies that the people can choose the best way for them.
The first step to avoid obesity is the obese person should be ready for a big change in his life.Also, the obese person should try to persuade himself to start dieting, and complete his way till the end.The second step to avoid obesity is to exercise at least one hour a day.For instance, it is very helpful if there is a group, or a friend that can join you during the exercise. Having a partner have helped a lot of people to exercise.The third step is to reduce the amount of food that the person usually eats.Don't ever start a hard dieting it will never last, the perfect dieting that last is to reduce a small amount of food each day and you will not feel hungry.The third step is try not to eat between the meals instead eat fruits.Also, add vegetables to your meals that can help to full your stomach with fibers not fat. Furthermore, the fourth step is to avoid eating from fast food restaurant it is full of fat, instead it is helpful to cook meals at home .Finally,the last step is to take a break once a month like a reward for your self to encourage you to complete your success of making a wonderful change in your life.
