The author thinks countries need address about
the bank deposit to not only the countries which lent but also which borrowed like
South Africa. In addition, those third
world’s bottom billions people are suffered from political and economic
problems. They are left alone in the
global economy.
Also, lack of access to education is a big
problem for people, particularly in practical sustainability that is directly
relevant to their lives. (Ghana Permaculture Network, 4 )
I consider that
it is important to develop Ghanaian economy due to improve member of the middle
class and low class in rural area. I
explain the process. I can say that
agricultural production is able to increase if Ghanaian farmers change their
mind. First, Ghanaian gets education and
knows the benefit of selling surplus farm produce. They sell those produce and want to yield
more farm produce by agricultural equipment. Second, foreign countries’ companies sell the equipment in Ghana. Then there is the matching of supply and
demand. Ghanaian can develop their farm
produce and make worth and foreign countries’ companies also get worth.
Someone insist of the need of government
support. However I oppose the opinion. I
went to Ghana and I recognize the business structure. I explain recycle business in Ghana. The big company in Ghana exports garbage to
China and it has strong power in Ghana.
Government and the company link up so there is no recycle plants. Other factor can’t begin recycle
business. I heard it when I visited the
cleaning material company in Ghana. Some
companies’ power is bigger than government in Ghana.
For the success of the process, I show the
how to approach. First, a venture
company communicates with farmers and tells the benefit of selling surplus farm
produce. “A venture company” increases
in developing country like Bangladesh.
Eriko Yamaguchi, who is a
Japanese, did such job and succeeded business in Bangladesh. It shows the possibility of venture
companies. After a venture company found
the basis, big company come into Ghanaian business. They take new and better equipment and
improve farm produce in Ghana.
